Professional Experience
David is Gibson’s President and a principal, responsible for defining, communicating, and executing the organization’s overarching vision, mission, and strategic direction. In this role, he ensures that all team members—from principals and managers to frontline employees—are guided, supported, and evaluated as they carry out the company’s daily operations. In addition to overseeing Gibson’s long-term organizational strategy, he focuses on enhancing the client and employee experience while fostering a high-performing culture that aligns with the company’s core values. Prior to becoming President, David led Gibson’s commercial risk management practice.
