She is responsible for the day-to-day service needs of clients. Jessica works to obtain information and answer questions regarding coverage and policies. Prior to joining Gibson in 2018, Jessica worked for several local insurance agencies as an Account Manager and a large medical professional liability insurance carrier in operations.
