FORT WAYNE/SOUTH BEND/PLYMOUTH/INDIANAPOLIS, INDIANA – 10/20/15 – Jim Spuller has joined Gibson as a Business Development Consultant at Gibson. He will provide sales leadership and training, helping the sales team optimize their skills and development to drive growth.
Jim has over forty years of sales, sales leadership, and coaching/training experience, including 10 years as a PGA Golf Professional and over 30 years within the insurance industry. Much of his time in the insurance industry was spent with global insurance brokers, providing him a unique view. While at A&A/Aon and Marsh, Jim held various sales, sales leadership, and management roles.
