The ELT leads the operations and strategic direction of the firm.   Ryan is a principal in Gibson, the Chief Growth Officer, and managing principal of the Indianapolis office. He is responsible for the leadership and performance of Gibson’s team of consultants and risk managers - leading the sales training, development, recruiting, and mentoring efforts throughout the firm, and also providing strategic direction for the Indianapolis office.
