Ciera is a Client Manager responsible for working with the Client Executive to determine overall risk management program goals and developing strategies to achieve those goals. In addition, she manages the insurance renewal process. Ciera also acts as the central point of communication to coordinate service requests with team members and underwriters to communicate insurance program needs.
Prior to joining Gibson in 2021, Ciera gained a plethora of diverse professional skills as a flight attendant and associate sales manager. For the past three years, she has been perfecting her property and casualty insurance expertise at a Fortune 500 company. Ciera has over 10 years of direct customer relations experience.
