Lindsey is an Client Executive in the Small Employee Benefits Group. She is responsible for the day-to-day management of client accounts and maintaining system integrity. Lindsey also assists with the preparation of employee communication materials for clients, the renewal process, and the review of certificates & contracts.
Prior to joining in 2017, Lindsey worked in the banking industry for 15 years where she gained extensive client service experience. She was also responsible for interviewing, onboarding, training, career management, payroll & expense reporting, and monthly account monitoring & reporting.
