Professional Experience
Robyn is a Claims Consultant in Risk Management Services, responsible for developing and implementing claim consulting plans for select clients and coordinating client meetings.
Prior to joining Gibson in 2015, Robyn worked in the transportation industry for 17 years. At Forward Air, formerly Towne Air Freight, she was Quality Manager and responsible for overseeing company wide training for over 4,500 employees. Additionally, Robyn gained experience in safety, compliance, and DOT standards.
