South Bend, Ind. – May 8, 2026 — Gibson, a Unison Risk Advisors (URA) company, announced today that it has acquired Client First, LLC, a New Mexico-based employee benefits advisory firm. The acquisition strengthens Gibson’s employee benefits capabilities in New Mexico and expands the support available to employers through benefits strategy, compliance guidance, employee advocacy, and ongoing advisory services.
Founded by Joe Alvarez, Client First has built a strong reputation in New Mexico through personalized service, proactive guidance, and a commitment to client advocacy.
