### Professional Experience

Jon is Commercial Risk Management Growth Officer and a principal at Gibson. Jon oversees strategy and sales for CRM. He is responsible for driving innovation, optimizing sales processes, managing relationships with insurance carriers, and fostering leadership development among senior team members.

Prior to joining Gibson, Jon spent seven years at another firm where he led small business operations and producer development. In addition to operational and sales leadership, Jon managed a book of business and supported new business development along with maintaining carrier relationships. Jon was the leader of the annual sales internship program focused on recruiting.
