Professional Experience
Jon is the managing advisor of commercial lines. He is responsible for assisting commercial lines with strategic scale, business production, and operational support. Jon assists small business functions and mentors fellow advisors.
Prior to joining Gibson, Jon spent seven years at another firm where he led small business operations and producer development. In addition to operational and sales leadership, Jon managed a book of business and supported new business development along with maintaining carrier relationships. Jon was the leader of the annual sales internship program focused on recruiting.
