Professional Experience
Patrick is a Principal at Gibson and a Consultant in the Employee Benefits Practice. Patrick is focused on helping business leaders effectively manage their employee benefits by breaking away from the traditional insurance purchasing and moving toward value-based purchasing strategies aimed at long-term, results-based strategy versus year to year, activity-based reactions.
Prior to joining Gibson in 2014, Patrick held internships at All Risks Limited and State Farm where he gained experience in underwriting, risk identification and a variety of business and employee related risks.
