Patrick is Employee Benefits Growth Officer and a principal at Gibson. He leads strategy and sales for the employee benefits practice, guiding his team to focus on value-based solutions that emphasize long-term, results-based outcomes for clients. Patrick is responsible for championing innovation, sales processes, insurance carrier relationships, and leadership development of senior team members.
Prior to joining Gibson in 2014, Patrick attended Indiana State University where he graduated Cum Laude with a degree in Insurance & Risk Management.
