Tiffany is the founder and CEO of one of the fastest-growing marketing agencies in the Midwest, Element Three. She started her career as a financial analyst with Eli Lilly and quickly decided that her ability to understand and the love of real time data could be used to develop distinct marketing strategies.
Tiffany is board member of the Orr Fellowship and Young Presidents Organization (YPO) and she has professionally and personally supported countless other not for profits in the Indianapolis area. She has numerous honors including, Indy’s Best + Brightest winner, Forty Under 40- Indianapolis, and Element Three has been on the Inc. 5000 list for five consecutive years as the one of the fastest growing private companies.
