Courtney is a Managing Principal for Gibson Indianapolis. In that capacity, she is responsible for management, support, and overall growth for the central Indiana marketplace. She also serves as a Sales Team Leader and Risk Advisor, specializing in National Account customers including those experiencing Merger & Acquisitions, multi-state risks, and alternative risk financing arrangements. Courtney specializes in identifying business, strategic, and hazard risk exposures. She also consults with clients to develop and implement strategies to effectively and efficiently grow and protect their businesses. Courtney has been a Vistage Worldwide Member since 2023, and has been on Gibson's Board of Directors since December, 2020.

Chad is a Principal and Consultant in the Employee Benefits Practice. He is responsible for working with employers to provide an analysis of their existing employee benefit program and assisting with the implementation of new or redesigned programs.

Jeff Terrill is a healthcare industry leader and expert at growth strategy development and execution success. His vast experience includes both mature markets with large established brands such as Aetna and Cigna and emerging markets with smaller venture/growth equity-based companies such as EXOS and Marathon Health.

Mark Bundy is the former COO of the Mountain West Series, Lockton Companies, LLC. He helped grow the company from $12M in revenue and 100 associates to $160M in revenue and over 500 associates.

Mark continues to provide consultation to firms and individuals in growth, profitability, recruitment, and retention.

Hugh Reynolds is a retired partner of Crowe LLP. He was formerly the Partner-in-Charge of Crowe’s Benefit Plan Services Group, the Office Managing Partner of Crowe’s Fort Lauderdale office, a former 3-term Board Member of Crowe LLP. He is a current Board Member for Creative Financial Services, Inc. a 100% ESOP owned company.

Mr. Reynolds’ areas of expertise include qualified retirement plans, including 401(k) plans, money purchase pension plans and Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOPs); qualified and nonqualified deferred compensation arrangements and compensation systems. He has 35 years of consulting experience regarding ERISA and ESOPs and was the leader of Crowe’s national ESOP retirement plan services practice, which performs compliance and consulting services for over 500 ESOP companies.
