Professional Experience
Alycia is a Senior Account Manager in the Employee Benefits Practice. She is responsible for the day-to-day management of client accounts and maintaining system integrity. Alycia also assists with the preparation of employee communication materials for clients, the renewal process, and the review of certificates & contracts.
Working as a renewal executive and account manager has given her the experience and knowledge to assist employers with one of their biggest cost spends. Alycia enjoys assisting clients with planning, strategic implementation, and administration of their employee benefits program.
