Diane is the Practice Leader in Commercial Risk Management and part of the executive leadership team at Gibson. She is responsible for oversight of the commercial operations team leaders, including monitoring performance standards, maintaining carrier relationships, and implementing strategic plans. She provides them with guidance and support for delivering the Gibson Client Experience and achieving the strategic goals of the agency and clients.
Taylor is a principal and consultant in the employee benefits practice. He is responsible for working with employers to provide an analysis of their existing employee benefits and assist with the implementation of new or redesigned programs.
Prior to joining Gibson, Taylor was a partner at Insurance Network/Brisk Advisors.
Courtney is a Managing Principal for Gibson Indianapolis. In that capacity, she is responsible for management, support, and overall growth for the central Indiana marketplace. She also serves as a Sales Team Leader and Risk Advisor, specializing in National Account customers including those experiencing Merger & Acquisitions, multi-state risks, and alternative risk financing arrangements. Courtney specializes in identifying business, strategic, and hazard risk exposures. She also consults with clients to develop and implement strategies to effectively and efficiently grow and protect their businesses. Courtney has been a Vistage Worldwide Member since 2023, and has been on Gibson's Board of Directors since December, 2020.
Chad is a Principal and Consultant in the Employee Benefits Practice. He is responsible for working with employers to provide an analysis of their existing employee benefit program and assisting with the implementation of new or redesigned programs.
Jeff Terrill is a healthcare industry leader and expert at growth strategy development and execution success. His vast experience includes both mature markets with large established brands such as Aetna and Cigna and emerging markets with smaller venture/growth equity-based companies such as EXOS and Marathon Health.
Mark Bundy is the former COO of the Mountain West Series, Lockton Companies, LLC. He helped grow the company from $12M in revenue and 100 associates to $160M in revenue and over 500 associates.
Mark continues to provide consultation to firms and individuals in growth, profitability, recruitment, and retention.
As Practice Leader of Employee Benefits, Laura is responsible for supporting the internal service team in growth and development strategies through operational excellence. As a member of the Leadership Team, she is accountable to clients for their partnership experience with Gibson.
Prior to joining Gibson, Laura spent fifteen years at another firm where she worked with both fully insured and self-funded employers ranging in size from 15 to 1300 employee lives. Laura’s consulting strengths were in strategically leading clients through challenging renewals, developing long-term benefit strategies, and focusing on employee health and well-being through data analytics. Over her 15 years, her client retention was an area of recognition in the market. In addition to serving clients directly, she contributed organizationally through mergers and acquisitions, developed and enhanced service delivery models, as well as led various product development teams. Laura’s strengths lie in strategic ideation, vision execution, project management, and process development and improvement.
Laura also has a long history in the corporate health and well-being space, having previously served on the board of the Wellness Council of Indiana. During this time, she contributed strategically to their AchieveWELL award recognition experience for employers, served applying organizations as a mentor, as well as led to the founding of best-practice sharing sessions.
Hugh Reynolds is a retired partner of Crowe LLP. He was formerly the Partner-in-Charge of Crowe’s Benefit Plan Services Group, the Office Managing Partner of Crowe’s Fort Lauderdale office, a former 3-term Board Member of Crowe LLP. He is a current Board Member for Creative Financial Services, Inc. a 100% ESOP owned company.
Mr. Reynolds’ areas of expertise include qualified retirement plans, including 401(k) plans, money purchase pension plans and Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOPs); qualified and nonqualified deferred compensation arrangements and compensation systems. He has 35 years of consulting experience regarding ERISA and ESOPs and was the leader of Crowe’s national ESOP retirement plan services practice, which performs compliance and consulting services for over 500 ESOP companies.
Brock is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and part of the executive leadership team at Gibson. In this role Brock is responsible for driving operational and strategic leadership in the key areas of system conversion, operational efficiency, carrier partnerships, and product & service innovation. As COO, Brock holds the Leadership Team accountable for achieving company goals while ensuring all employees are rowing in the same direction. Employing clear communication, transparency, and training, Squire is dedicated to maintaining operational excellence and consistency with our employees, clients and partners.
Tiffany is the founder of one of the fastest-growing marketing agencies in the Midwest, Element Three. She started her career as a financial analyst with Eli Lilly and quickly decided that her ability to understand and the love of real time data could be used to develop distinct marketing strategies.
David is Gibson’s President and a principal, responsible for defining, communicating, and executing the organization’s overarching vision, mission, and strategic direction. In this role, he ensures that all team members—from principals and managers to frontline employees—are guided, supported, and evaluated as they carry out the company’s daily operations. In addition to overseeing Gibson’s long-term organizational strategy, he focuses on enhancing the client and employee experience while fostering a high-performing culture that aligns with the company’s core values. Prior to becoming President, David led Gibson’s commercial risk management practice.
Tim is Chairman and CEO at Gibson. He joined Gibson in 2005 as the Director of the Employee Benefits Practice and became a principal in 2007. He was named President in 2009, CEO in 2011, and elected Chairman of the Board in 2014.
Nicole is a principal and the Chief People Officer at Gibson. She is focused on providing the best employee experience by enhancing organizational culture and ensuring employees thrive. Nicole previously served as Gibson's Director of Wellbeing and Employee Benefits Operations, and most recently, Director of Administration.
