Charlie is a Michigan (and national) insurance legend. Charlie and his brothers built a Top 100 agency out of Battle Creek/Kalamazoo which they ultimately sold to HUB 15+ years ago. Charlie went on to work closely on M&A and leadership development throughout all of HUB.
Apart from serving on Gibson's Michigan Marketplace Board of Advisors (MI MBOA), Charlie’s civic and charitable affiliations include The Burnham Family Foundation. He is also a current board member for EG Workforce Solutions.
