Delaney is a Financial Analyst in the Employee Benefits Practice. Her responsibilities include acquiring data from carrier resources, populating claims dashboards, supporting the development of renewal projections, preparing contribution modeling, and pulling benchmark information for clients.
Prior to joining Gibson in 2022, Delaney finished her Bachelor of Arts degree in Actuarial Science with a concentration in Insurance from Olivet College. She has had previous internships with local Michigan agencies in Customer Service roles, as well as Auto-Owners Insurance in Loss Control and Human Resources.Designations
