Mike is a consultant with a focus in employee benefits. He is responsible for working with employers to provide an analysis of their existing business risk and assisting with the implementation of new or redesigned programs. Most of Mike’s work consists of introducing innovative risk mitigation strategies in a transparent manner.
Prior to joining Gibson, Mike spent twelve years at another firm where he worked with both fully insured and self-funded employers. In addition to traditional purchasing strategies, Mike helped the organization better understand how to insulate themselves from continually evolving risks.
