Stephen is responsible for the day-to-day service needs of clients. He works to obtain information and answer questions regarding coverage and policies. His responsibilities also include making policy changes, issuing certificates of insurance, and other service needs as required. Prior to joining Gibson in 2015, Stephen held positions in staffing and sales, as well as in the dental field. Gibson is a regional insurance broker and risk management services firm.
