PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
April is an Account Manager in the Employee Benefits Practice. She is responsible for the day-to-day management of client accounts and maintains system integrity. April also assists with the preparation of employee communication materials for clients, the renewal process, and the review of certificates & contracts.
Prior to joining Gibson in 2023, April worked as a Broker Support Specialist at Pivot Health and as a team lead in provider services at Anthem BCBS.
