Professional Experience
Bob is a principal at Gibson and a consultant in the Employee Benefits Practice. He is responsible for working with employers to provide an analysis of their existing employee benefits and assisting with the implementation of new or redesigned programs.
Prior to joining Gibson in 2010, Bob worked as an account executive at 1st Source Insurance. He began his insurance career with Primerica Financial Services as a Division Leader responsible for team recruiting, training, and business development.
