PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Donny is a Risk Advisor who responsible for providing risk management and insurance services to business clients. He specializes in identifying, quantifying and bringing clarity around strategic, business, and hazard risk exposures. Utilizing the proprietary Sightline process, he and his team provide counsel and advice on complex business and people issues that extend far beyond the scope of an insurance policy.
Donny joined Gibson in 2023. Prior to joining Gibson, he spent 4 years working for the Pacers G league team (Mad Ants) posting top 3 in the nation for group sales dollars brought in. While spending 6 years in minor league sports and putting on over 700 live events, Donny learned to play for others by working as a team to find success.
