Esther is a Sales Executive in the employee benefits practice.
Prior to joining Gibson, Esther worked in the floorplan/finance business for 10 years in various departments. She was an audit reconciliation rep for 4 years, then became a business development rep for 1 year, and later took on the role of Inside/outside sales executive for 5 years. She has plenty of experience in audits, inside and outside sales, account management and client retention. She has previously worked as a customer service rep, a guest service worker, and a Resident Assistant in college.
