PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Ethan is an Client Manager in our Property and Casualty practice. He is responsible for working with the sales team to determine overall risk management program goals and develop the strategies to hit these goals. He oversees and drives the renewal process to ensure adequate and proper coverage for exposures.
Prior to joining Gibson, Ethan worked at another firm where he oversaw the renewal process and account management of Commercial Risk clients. In addition, he also developed training materials for new hires and oversaw the implementation of standard operating procedures.
