Professional Experience
Jamie is a Human Resources Technology Specialist in the Employee Benefits practice. She is responsible for all stages of Benefits Administration development utilizing Employee Navigator including project management, implementation, process development, system optimization, and client support. She is proficient in a variety of other HR software solutions like HRIS, Payroll, and Benefits Administration.
Prior to joining Gibson in 2018, Jamie has worked in Human Resources for six years. She has gained progressive experience in Human Resources, Payroll, Benefits Administration, and HR Technology in multiple industries including banking, higher education, office automation, and staffing/recruiting.
