PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Josh is a Risk Advisor at Gibson, responsible for providing risk management and insurance services to business clients. He specializes in identifying, quantifying and bringing clarity around strategic, business, and hazard risk exposures. Utilizing the proprietary Sightline process, he and his team provide counsel and advice on complex business and people issues that extend far beyond the scope of an insurance policy.
Prior to joining Gibson, Josh spent the last 6 years overseeing the Corporate Insurance and Risk Management department for one of the largest used automotive retailers and finance companies in the country. In this role, Josh was responsible for the organization’s overall insurance program design and procurement, claims management and loss control in 30+ states. Josh spent the first 6 years of his career in claims leadership, process support and risk management at one of the nation’s largest personal auto carriers.
