Kurstin is the Regional Operations Leader for Gibson offices in Phoenix/Tucson, AZ, and Salt Lake City, UT. She is responsible for leading the client delivery teams, providing subject matter expertise, and enhancing the client experience. She also serves as a liaison for the executive leadership and sales teams to help foster growth and innovation in operations, process improvement, and market expansion.
Before joining Gibson in 2024, Kurstin spent fifteen years at regional and global consulting firms managing fully insured and self-funded group health plans ranging from 25 – 8,000 employees. She is passionate about helping plan sponsors manage costs while providing a strong benefit package that enhances recruiting and retention. Before pivoting to employee benefits, Kurstin spent fifteen years in operations management and organizational communication consulting helping businesses differentiate in the areas of client service, employee performance, and community relations.
