Lorene is a Senior Account Manager in Commercial Risk Management. She is responsible for the day-to-day service needs of clients. Lorene works to obtain information and answer questions regarding coverage and policies. Her responsibilities also include making policy changes, issuing certificates of insurance, and other service needs as required.
Lorene joined Gibson in 2010 as a Service Specialist. She was responsible for providing administrative assistance to all departments for project facilitation, event coordination, and general support.
