PROFESSIONAL experience
Lori is a Senior Account Manager in the Employee Benefits Practice. She is responsible for the daily management of client accounts, day-to-day, escalated and complex service issues, claims, billing and eligibility issue resolution, maintaining system integrity, preparation of employee communication materials, and support of renewal processes.
Prior to joining Gibson, Lori spent seven years at another firm where she worked with fully insured, level-funded and self-funded employers. Lori brings 25 years of healthcare insurance industry experience to her current role. In addition to traditional benefits strategies, Lori helped structure, market and implement several level-funded and self-funded Health Plans making healthcare more affordable for many employers.
