Professional Experience
Melinda is a Senior Client Manager in the Employee Benefits Practice. She works directly with clients and oversees team members to support all client needs, including renewal, marketing, ongoing service, enrollments, compliance, data management, and employee meetings. Melinda also serves as the Process Development Manager, helping to analyze training needs, develop training plans, and monitor results for improved service within the Employee Benefits team.
Melinda joined Gibson in 1982.
