Morgan is an Account Manager in the Employee Benefits practice. She is responsible for the day-to-day management of client accounts and maintaining data integrity in Epic. Morgan also assists with the preparation of employee communication materials for clients, the renewal process, and the review of certificates & contracts.
Prior to joining Gibson, Morgan spent a year and a half at a benefit communication, engagement, enrollment, and administration company in the local Indianapolis area as a Customer Success Specialist. In this role, she was responsible for maintaining strong customer relationships, collecting data/plan information to create a personalized benefits system, and create reporting for customer needs while troubleshooting the day-to-day issues on a timely basis.
