PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Nychelle is an Associate Client Manager in the Employee Benefits Department. She is responsible for working with employers on their annual renewal processes, open enrollments, implementations of health plans, managing escalated service issues and providing excellent customer service experiences for internal and external customers.
Prior to joining Gibson, Nychelle worked as an Associate Client Manager at an agency. She has spent over 15 years in the insurance industry with experience in employee benefits including ancillary lines, critical illness, long and short-term disability, claims, and workers compensation.
