Professional Experience
Shauna is a Senior Client Manager in the Employee Benefits Practice. She works directly with clients and oversees team members to support all client needs, including renewal, marketing, ongoing service, enrollments, compliance, data management, and employee meetings.
Prior to joining Gibson in 2017, Shauna worked in employee benefits for over 20 years, most recently with Hub International Insurance Services and Mercer. In these roles Shauna gained extensive experience with marketing research and analysis of benefit proposals, preparation of annual renewal and strategic planning reports, compliance support, and overall client service.
