PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Susan is a Senior Client Manager in the employee benefits practice. She is responsible for providing renewal and service management for employee benefits clients including overseeing renewals and enrollments as well as working with employers to provide an analysis of their existing employee benefits program and assisting with the implementation of new or redesigned programs.
Prior to joining Gibson, Susan spent over 30 years in the benefits industry working on the consulting and TPA side. She has worked with both fully insured and self-funded employers.
