PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Susie is an Account Manager in the Employee Benefits practice. She is responsible for answering
questions and assisting employers with employee benefits related questions. Most of her work consists of solving issues and ensuring that the employer and employees have the answers they need.
Prior to joining Gibson, Susie spent 5 1/2 years in HR where she found her passion for employee benefits administration. She finds a deep sense of satisfaction in educating employees on their benefits and answering their questions to ensure they are enrolling in the plans that are most beneficial to the employee and their families.
