David is Gibson's Commercial Risk Growth Officer, a principal, a member of the executive leadership team, and a member of the Board of Directors. As a member of the leadership team, David oversees the strategy and execution of Gibson’s client and employee experience. Prior to becoming Practice Leader in late 2017, David spent the first six years of his career developing, training on, and delivering the company’s proprietary Sightline process.
Chris is a Managing Principal in the Property & Casualty Practice. He specializes in identifying business, strategic, and hazard risk exposures. Chris consults with clients in construction, manufacturing, education, and public entity to develop and implement strategies to effectively and efficiently protect their organization.
Diane is the Practice Leader in Commercial Risk Management and part of the executive leadership team at Gibson. She is responsible for oversight of the commercial operations team leaders, including monitoring performance standards, maintaining carrier relationships, and implementing strategic plans. She provides them with guidance and support for delivering the Gibson Client Experience and achieving the strategic goals of the agency and clients.
