Alex will be a key leader in Gibson’s continued growth in Arizona. In this role, Rodriguez will partner with organizations to identify, evaluate, and implement employee benefit strategies to achieve desirable financial results and an improved employee experience. “We know our employee-owned culture will be a perfect fit for Alex, as he exudes energy for his clients and is already living our core values,” said Tim Leman, Gibson’s Chairman & CEO. “It’s awesome to watch our Arizona team continue to grow, flourish, and provide new clients with unique solutions in the marketplace.” “I am extremely excited to be joining such a forward thinking, growing organization,” said Alex Rodriguez. “Our community is filled with great companies that have a deep history like Gibson, and I couldn’t be prouder to represent them in Southern Arizona.” Prior to joining Gibson, Alex served as Vice President of Human Resources for a large charter school network, represented a national PEO, and created a regional human resource consulting firm.
