She is responsible for servicing and processing risk management plans for personal clients and small business owners including renewing, auditing, and updating their programs. Prior to joining Gibson in 2015, Jennifer worked for Liberty Mutual for 15 years. She started as a Sales Representative then moved into the role of a Customer Service Representative. In 2008, Jennifer advanced into the position as a Reliability Assistant and then an Intraday Scheduling Analyst on the scheduling team. She was also responsible for training new employees and refining new processes and procedures. Gibson is a regional insurance broker and risk management services firm. With offices in South Bend, Plymouth, Indianapolis, and Fort Wayne, Indiana, Gibson is 100% employee owned and ranks in the top 1% of independent agencies in the nation.
