SOUTH BEND/PLYMOUTH/INDIANAPOLIS/FORT WAYNE, INDIANA –08/27/15– Karen Corning is joining Gibson as a Client Manager in the Employee Benefits Practice. She is responsible for providing renewal and service management for employee benefits clients including overseeing renewals and enrollments, maintaining policy data, the creation of employee communication materials, and conducting employee open enrollment meetings.
Prior to joining Gibson in 2015, Karen gained experience in employee benefits with positions at SET SEG, specializing in school insurance, and Berends Hendricks Stuit Insurance Agency. In these roles, Karen developed skills and expertise for preparing and advising on renewals, creating proposals, preparing open enrollment documents and annual employee communications, enrollment processing, eligibility and billing issues, and claims processing.
