Nicole Fallowfield Earns Certification From The CI Validation Institute

SOUTH BEND/PLYMOUTH/INDIANAPOLIS/FORT WAYNE, INDIANA – 01/07/2015 – Nicole Fallowfield, CWP, CIC, has earned certification from the CI Validation Institute.

Becoming certified by the Validation Institute requires studying the certification course curriculum and passing the Critical Outcomes Report Analysis test. Once conferred, Validation Institute Certification indicates an understanding of population health metrics, and an ability to assess the validity of reports and claims. It is with this in mind that Nicole partnered with the CI Validation Institute to become certified.

Nicole is the Director of Health Risk Management in the Employee Benefits Practice at Gibson. She is responsible for designing and overseeing health management strategies. Nicole’s focus on health management trends, corporate culture, and employee behaviors allows her to develop customized wellness solutions based on individual client needs. She is the current president of the Wellness Council of Indiana and serves on the steering committee for the Indiana Cancer Consortium.
