Prior to joining Gibson in 2015, Robyn worked in the transportation industry for 17 years. At Forward Air, formerly Towne Air Freight, she was Quality Manager and responsible for overseeing company wide training for over 4,500 employees. Additionally, Robyn gained experience in safety, compliance, and DOT standards. Gibson is a regional insurance broker and risk management services firm. With offices in South Bend, Plymouth, Indianapolis, and Fort Wayne, Indiana, Gibson is 100% employee owned and ranks in the top 1% of independent agencies in the nation.
