Ryan Colvin has been named to Gibson’s Executive Leadership Team (ELT). The ELT leads the operations and strategic direction of the firm.
Ryan is a principal in Gibson, the Chief Growth Officer, and managing principal of the Indianapolis office. He is responsible for the leadership and performance of Gibson’s team of consultants and risk managers - leading the sales training, development, recruiting, and mentoring efforts throughout the firm, and also providing strategic direction for the Indianapolis office. Ryan began his career at Gibson in 2003, became a principal in 2009, and Chief Growth Officer and member of Gibson’s Board of Directors in 2011.
Gibson is a 100% employee-owned, regional insurance broker and risk management services firm with offices in South Bend, Plymouth, Indianapolis, and Fort Wayne, Indiana.
