Pam is a Client Manager on the Surety Bond team. She is responsible for working with the Client Executive to evaluate existing surety programs, establish goals for growth, and develop strategies to achieve those goals. Pam also communicates with clients, underwriters and team members to coordinate an efficient bond servicing platform.
Before joining Gibson, Pam spent the first 27 years of her career focused primarily on the construction side of surety bonding and then moved to another firm where she added extensive commercial surety bond experience to her portfolio.
