Utilizing the proprietary Sightline process, he and his team provide counsel and advice on complex business and people issues that extend far beyond the scope of an insurance policy.

Professional Experience

Cassie is an account manager and team leader with the commercial risk management team. She is responsible for the day-to-today management of client accounts and maintaining system integrity. She is a leader and is always looking out for the best for her clients and team. She is also responsible for the renewal process, and the review of certificates and contracts. 

Prior to joining Gibson, Cassie spent two years at Leavitt Group and five years with a local agency working as a senior account manager specializing in larger accounts. She has been working in insurance for 13 years.

Paige is an account manager in commercial risk management. She is responsible for the day-to-day service needs of clients. Paige works to obtain information and answer questions regarding coverage and policies. Her responsibilities also include making policy changes, issuing certificates of insurance, and other service needs as required.

Kylie is the Market and Sales Leader for the Arizona market. She is responsible for growth and provides leadership, accountability, and direction for the Arizona office. She is also responsible for delivering relevant thought leadership as well as health benefits and risk management strategy development. Kylie works to deliver the proper resources to clients and to ensure client success and the overall delivery of Gibson solutions.

Prior to joining Gibson, Kylie spent 10+ years in the health and benefits space both on the carrier and broker side. She has worked with numerous private and public sector clients over the years and has extensive knowledge of all health funding approaches including fully insured, level funded and self funded/TPA strategies, wellness, consumer engagement strategies, long-term cost control techniques, and vendor management. She also is experienced with private equity-backed companies, PEO exits, transactions solutions (i.e., reps and warranties), and M&A.

Pam is a Client Manager on the Surety Bond team. She is responsible for working with the Client Executive to evaluate existing surety programs, establish goals for growth, and develop strategies to achieve those goals. Pam also communicates with clients, underwriters and team members to coordinate an efficient bond servicing platform.

Todd is a risk advisor with the construction & surety team at Gibson, and is responsible for providing risk management and insurance services to business clients. Utilizing Gibson's proactive Sightline process, he and his team provide counsel on complex business and people issues that extend far beyond the scope of an insurance policy.

Prior to joining Gibson, Todd spent 10 years at Travelers Insurance in their construction claim division where he worked with contractors in all 50 states. He was focused on hiring and strategizing with attorneys, consultants, and experts to defend contractors in lawsuits. Todd has extensive experience dealing with complex claims and litigation, interpreting insurance coverages, and managing exposures that contractors face every day.
