December 2, 2022, Kalamazoo, South Bend, Indianapolis, Fort Wayne, and Phoenix: Gibson has promoted Brian Bellware to Michigan Market Leader. Brian is a Consultant and Health Rosetta Advisor in the Employee Benefits practice. He is one of eight Health Rosetta Advisors in Michigan, the first in Southwest Michigan, and one of only 250 nationwide. As Market Leader, he will be responsible for sales growth and development of the Michigan team. As of January 1, 2023, he will also become a shareholder in Gibson.

Bellware is an active community member in and around Kalamazoo, currently board President at Missional Chaplins and Deacon at Calvary Chapel of Kalamazoo Valley. He is an active volunteer with the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Kalamazoo.
