May 2, 2023, Chicago, South Bend, Fort Wayne, Indianapolis, Kalamazoo, Phoenix, and Tucson: Gibson, an employee-owned, Business Insurance Top 100 U.S. Broker, has hired Keith Young and Josh Surber as employee benefits consultants in the Chicago, Illinois market.
Keith and Josh are key leaders in Gibson’s continued growth and expansion. Young and Surber partner with organizations to identify, evaluate, and implement employee benefits strategies that achieve desirable financial results and an improved employee experience.

Prior to joining Gibson, Keith spent more than 20 years working in various group benefits sales roles with partners including Unum, Hartford, and Voya. Josh comes to Gibson with over a decade of experience from Cigna Health Group and New York Life Benefits Services where he consulted with clients on pharmacy benefits and life and disability insurance.
