Gibson Is Growing

SOUTH BEND/PLYMOUTH/INDIANAPOLIS/FORT WAYNE, INDIANA/KALAMAZOO, MICHIGAN – 6/10/19 –  Gibson is growing in all our locations throughout Indiana and Kalamazoo, Michigan. Below are our new hires within the last six months. 

Stephanie Rufus is the Benefits Administration Assistant at Gibson. Her responsibilities include the administration and processing of employee benefit offerings. Prior to joining Gibson in 2018, Stephanie had over 17 years of experience in the healthcare industry with Beacon Health System.

Sheri Butler is an HR Manager for the HR service team of Select Business Solutions at Gibson. She is responsible for the oversight of the HR Service Team within Select Business Solutions, a team of HR Generalists who perform HR administrative, payroll, and benefit administration tasks for a variety of clients. Sheri provides leadership, guidance, and direction to the team to ensure they are effectively meeting the needs of our clients. Prior to joining Gibson in 2018, Sheri has had progressive HR experience including recruiting, employee relations, and administration at other companies.

Angel Davidson is a Shared Service Specialist in the Employee Benefits Practice. Her responsibilities include providing administrative assistance for project facilitation, meeting coordination, preparation of client materials, and general support. Prior to joining Gibson in 2018, Angel worked as an Administrative Assistant for the South Bend Community School Corporation for 13 years.

Debra Wiegman is a Commercial Risk Management Account Manager at Gibson. She is responsible for the day-to-day service needs of clients. Debra works to obtain information and answers questions regarding coverage and policies. Her responsibilities also include making policy changes, issuing certificates of insurance, and other service needs as required. Prior to joining Gibson in 2018, Debra was an Account Manager for 10 years.

Kristen Bules is a Marketing Strategist for the Private Client Group at Gibson. She is responsible for working closely with the Personal Risk Advisors to conduct marketing surveys that support the overall design of a customized insurance and risk management program. Kristen is also responsible for marketing and sales of personal insurance accounts focusing on auto, homeowners, personal umbrella liability, recreational motor craft, and collectibles. She communicates directly with underwriters to assist in the development of the most effective program and pricing strategies to maximize asset protection and preservation. Prior to joining Gibson in 2018, Kristen had worked in personal lines insurance for almost 14 years but has been in the customer service industry for over 20 years. She started in insurance with Liberty Mutual in February of 2005 as a customer service representative.

Stephanie Senour is a new Client Manager at Gibson. She is responsible for providing renewal and service management for employee benefits clients including, overseeing renewals and enrollments, maintaining policy data, the creation of employee communication materials, and conducting employee open enrollment meetings. Prior to Gibson, Stephanie was an HRIS Administrator at Daman Products Co, where she managed employee benefits for new hires, life events, and annual open enrollment, maintained and developed the HRIS system, and helped with the development of training. Stephanie has a degree from Indiana University South Bend.

Laurie Barr is a Client Manager responsible for working with the Client Executive to determine overall risk management program goals and developing strategies to achieve those goals. In addition, she manages the insurance renewal process. Laurie also acts as the central point of communication to coordinate service requests with team members and underwriters to communicate insurance program needs. Prior to joining Gibson in 2019, Laurie spent 7 years as an Account Manager.

Chelsey Fitzcharles is a Claims Specialist in Risk Management Services, where she is responsible for processing and servicing personal and commercial claims. Prior to joining Gibson in 2019, she was a Senior Underwriter Special Risk for MedPro and Sales Specialist at State Farm Insurance. Chelsey is licensed in P&C and Life & Health.

Danielle Hunt is an Account Manager in Commercial Risk Management. She is responsible for the day-to-day service needs of clients. Danielle works to obtain information and answer questions regarding coverage and policies. Her responsibilities also include making policy changes, issuing certificates of insurance, and other service needs as required. Prior to joining Gibson in 2019, Danielle spent three and a half years as a Commercial Account Manager at Synergy Insurance and 14 years at KeyBank.

Nicole Grounds is a Personal Insurance and Private Client Group Account Manager at Gibson. She is responsible for servicing and processing risk management plans for personal clients including renewing, auditing, and updating their programs. Prior to joining Gibson in 2019, Nicole worked in banking as an AssistantNicole Grounds Branch Manager for 5 years and in medical billing for 10 years.  

Jim Hall is a Commercial Risk Management Account Manager at Gibson. He is responsible for the day-to-day service needs of clients. Jim works to obtain information and answer questions regarding coverage and policies. His responsibilities also include making policy changes, issuing certificates of insurance, and other service needs as required. Prior to joining Gibson in 2019, Jim worked at Liberty Mutual for 13 years doing commercial market claims intake before moving to a Senior Customer Account Representative with the Small Business Unit & Agency Markets Team. He previously spent 7 years with Bayer Healthcare working as a Logistics Representative for Radiology.
