Building trusting teams is critical. A team can accomplish more and endure longer, together, than they can alone. It’s a key part of playing the infinite game.


What's The Risk? 

Without trust, there isn’t safety, ego will keep team members from asking for help. They’ll be afraid to take risks and make mistakes which will curtail innovation. They will think scarcity and protection versus abundance and helping. Culture will be based on finite thinking will inhibit celebrating team victories. It’s so much less fun!
